What we offer

We categorize and quantify your symptoms. This gives us an understanding of your current state and starting point; an understanding of why you may feel like you are drowning or struggling.

Medication management will be recommended based on the diagnosis and severity of symptoms. The goal is to help you get to “zero”; a place where you’re no longer drowning or struggling but threading water, breathing fully.

Therapy is where we begin to slow down, get curious, and reconnect. Whether you’re carrying unprocessed trauma, navigating high-functioning burnout, or feeling lost beneath your success—therapy offers a grounded space to explore the root. Our approach blends neuroscience and soul work, helping you shift from surviving to deeply living, one layer at a time.

At WorthyMind Practice, we use low-dose ketamine in a safe, structured setting to help quiet the noise of the mind, open access to deeper layers of self, and create the mental flexibility needed for real change. Ketamine can be especially helpful for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma, offering a new way forward when other options have fallen short.

TMS is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain linked to mood and emotional balance. It’s an FDA-approved option for people living with depression that hasn’t responded to other treatments, offering a path to relief without medication side effects. At WorthyMind Practice, we use TMS as part of an integrative approach—combining science-backed technology with therapy and soul-centered support—to help you reconnect with your truth and heal at the root.

Our coaching services are designed for individuals who are ready to create lasting change—not just insight. While therapy often focuses on healing the past, coaching is about activating your future. We help you clarify your vision, break old patterns, and build the structures, habits, and mindset that align with your truth. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, growing a business, or deepening your personal practice, coaching at WorthyMind blends compassionate accountability with practical strategies. You’ll be guided in integrating inner work with real-world action—so you’re not just feeling better, you’re living better.

At WorthyMind Practice —we specialize in helping you transition from pharmacologic support to long-term, self-sustaining lifestyle habits. Our psychiatrist-led, holistic weight management program is designed to preserve your hard-earned results and optimize both body and mind.
